Saham's emulsion filtration process runs full automatically with electric- mechanical control automatic cloth,which is the guarantee for producing good quality copper wire, advantages are as below:
1、Remove copper powder in emulsion to keep the lubricant clean and free of spoilage;
2、gravity reflow can be used without the use of additional emulsion pumps to save electricity
3、Filter cloth with stainless steel chain network transmission, the tension is always consistent and cloths is smooth and unwinding
4、Control the cloth automatically and save the cost of the filter cloth
5、Use the stainless steel in all the filter's inside , prefect seal the emulsion and no leakage from the side ,which helps 100% filtration the emulsion.
6、Reduce the blockage of the plate heat exchanger and avoid cleaning of heat exchangers frequently
7、filters with the PLC control, when it detect the water level sensor have problem, the system will automatically switch to time mode to prevent all filter paper to running out,save time for workers to clean up.
8、Various grades of papers are available to achieve the desired filtration effect.

Time of warranty
Time of warranty of the equipment is from completion of the debug within one year,the damage caused by wear parts and non-sellers' reason are not within the scope of warranty.
Time of delivery : 30 days after payment
We can customize the complete filtration system according to the customer's requirements, which includes heat exchanger, pump and stainless steel tank.
